Phillip and Kelly's Lair is the hidden hideout of Phillip and Kelly Bomb. It is located in an unknown icy galaxy. To access it, Mario and SMG4 need all 120 stars. When Phillip and Kelly kidnapped Henry and Samantha unexpectedly, they took them here. The apex has three arenas: The water arena (which is surrounded by icy water), The sand arena (which is surrounded by quicksand), and The lava arena (which is surrounded by... you guessed it lava). Many of their minions reside here too. It is filled with many traps, the underground area also resembles Hazy Maze Cave. Phillip and Kelly managed to steal at least $500K from their parents before running away to build their lair. In some Longplays, they levitate the lair to space.
